My iva finish on April 4th 2013 iva is still on my credit file I thought it comes off after six years

My IVA was still showing on Experian after 7 years, I had had my completion certificate and not showing on the register. I sent a mail to Experian and they asked me to send them a copy of my certificate, they were very good with it and within a couple of days of receiving the certificate it was removed from my file with a nice letter from them informing me it had been removed.

It stays on there for the full six years, not five if that was 4/4/2013. In normal scheme of things it should drop off, equifax may take it out of public record and put it in the notice of correction. just ask for it to be removed from there, and they will, check all three CRA's
