I think a frank discussion with Karol will help get this sorted out,and as you can afford to make a £150 payment I am sure you could restart this IVA for the benefit of all concerned(but mostly you!!).

Leanne

There appears to have been a misunderstanding with regards to the creditors meeting yesterday - we had to adjourn the meeting for 14 days as only one credtor voted and this was to reject and terminate your IVA. GT are currently contacting creditors.
I have left you a voicemail for you to contact my direct line, alternatively you can call 0844 8552166 and ask for me and I will be happy to chat to you and talk you through the adjournment process, please be assured we are endeavouring to secure a positive outcome for you.

I look forward to hearing from you,

Karol

Thanks for picking up on this Karol, when you say only one creditor voted and that was to reject and terminate was reject and carry on with payment an option? Clearly we have limited knowledge of the case in question.

Karol, this is interesting. If the creditors reject the settlement and the client is able to continue with payments as per the original agreement, surely they are bound to allow it to continue .... or does the variation meeting call off all bets ?

But the breach has to be remedied or compromised as part of the variation, to which creditors have to agree.

of course, Mel. What I meant was, if the IVA can be put, and kept, back on track and in accordance with the original agreement, the creditors wouldn't force a fail, assuming the breach wasn't of such magnitude to bring about an automatic fail.
