Hi, I'm not sure why an annual review would take this long? Why did you direct debits stop for 2 months?

Sorry if I'm missing something just trying to get the picture. x

Not heard of that before it's generally just a payment each month for 60/72 months depending on your IVA.

maybe a telephone appointment with your IP might be in order for them to explain exactly what is happening and why no payments were taken in November/December?

Something seriously strange going on here. If you did not make IVA payments for two months, presumably you are now in arrears? Think you definitely need a chat with the IP directly to see what on earth is going on here.

No i kept the cash to one side side and made a 2 month payment straight away, we made £1000 in extra payments but it showed on the review as only paying £600 which equated to the total overpayment less the missed payments, i never really took much notice as the review was really complimentary of the way we were performing

Well done for having the hindsight to save the two months money .... At least you were able to pay it straightaway ....many may have tempted to spend it !
