After our first call of the day being a good news acceptance call from our chairman to......................

THE DREADED CREDITORS!!!!

I jump up and said i bet this is littlewoods, I must have super powers it was!!

'As you are in arrears your account needs you to make a payment you need to make it today if possible'

'No sorry it wont be possible not today nor tomorrow or any day, i wont be making any more payments again'

'why's that then?'

'my IVA was agreed this morn and it is a legally binding agreement that has been agreed today!'

'Did you go to court have you got all your documents and ref numbers [snotty tone- as if im telling ties]'

'look it is legally binding and should not be recieving any calls, letters or contact from yourself so please update your systems and stop wasting my time'

'Goodbye'[ME]

I LOVED IT!!! Let them all call me all night as i wanna tell them all!!!!!!!

I honestly think some of them are slightly thick as they dont understand an IVA!! No it isnt a DMP!! Suppose to work in collections yet they have no details, She said 'we havent voted yes to it!!!' She didnt even know that it was passed to a company to vote!! Duggggghhhh!!!

Don't you just love it when you can do that?

Pretty much the same as happened to me with Mercers and even though I told her I was in an IVA she was still asking her for payment!

Bear in mind that call centre operators work to a script and mostly haven't a clue! Doesn't matter if they voted yes or no, the call centre wouldn't have a clue!

Hopefully that will be the last call you receive from them. Doesn't matter if they are rude or not - THEY CANNOT TOUCH YOU!

Enjoy your bubbly!
