Is your child benefit and tax credit the figure you are paid every four weeks, or have you worked out the monthly equivalent?

This produces a lowish dividend, but certainly one I would be happy to put forward to creditors as IVA proposal - subject to the numbers you have quoted being verified.

Sometimes it does take a little while to get appointments sorted, but I am sure that we would have got back to you the following day. My Office Manager will ensure that you are spoken to tomorrow, but in the meantime would you mind e-mailing me to the site so that we can match up your identity - which can be difficult to work out from forum names.

Given that your child benefit and tax credits are paid every four weeks, the monthly eqivalent is actually £189 per monthm leaving you with disposable income of £258 on the figures you have quoted - but of course this is subject to ongoing verification.

Please advise after completing the Q1 and Q2 on my firms web site why did you reject it? Did anyone ring you? Did you complete the Q1 in full and not the Q2. I am interedted to find out if something needs looking into.
I like Melanie agree that you appear suitable for an IVA. Let me know by emailing me direct or by posting here.

I investigated your enquiry to my website last night, and found out that you have already arranged to speak to one of my colleagues on Thursday evening. Am therefore a little confused as to why you feel we have not been returning your calls.

The nature of the analyser is to provide a broad guide as to what your options may be, it unfortunately cannot fill in all the blanks and give a definitive answer to each case. That can only be done, of course, by sitting down and having a good chat about your situation on a one to one basis. If you didn't get a call then I will look into it personally for you, unfortunately, as Mel indicates, it is difficult to trace an enquiry from a forum name.

My details are in the experts section, if you wish to call or e mail me directly with your details I will be happy to talk to you and to follow up any system issues that need looking at from our end.

Regards.

Me too - my email address can be obtained by clicking on my Avatar - I am also concerned that either my system or advisor was not operating correctly!
