Hi seco8

I would wait for an expert to answer your question and am sure someone will be along soon.

Have your creditors not been phoning/calling round after not getting payment for 3 years?

Best wishes

Be positive & look after yourself, there are more important things in life than debts....

Hiya and welcome,
As far as your employment is concerned you will need to read very carefully your employment contract. Check for any small print on either IVA's or Bankruptcy.
I'm surprised your phone hasn't disintergrated with your creditors ringing for 3yrs! Have you any CCJ's at all?
xx
It's nice to be back......

As Chris says check your employment contract first of all. I note you work for a law firm, which you describe as a career, rather than a job. What is your role?

You haven't paid anything to your creditors at all, presumably because you can't afford to?

They key think is do something! Those debts will no go away and have a nasty habit of reappearing when you least expect them to.
