Hello and welcome along.

Probably your best bet first of all is to visit www.iva.com have a look around there and speak to 2 or 3 providers regarding your situation. An IVA may be the right way forward for you, but equally it may not. All initial advice from reputable providers should be free, and once you have a better idea of what ALL your options are then you can progress from there.

Good luck and let us know how you get on.

Regards.

Can you tell us a little more about your current financial situation - such as how much you owe to creditors, whether you are a property owner, and how much you feel you could pay into an IVA on a monthly basis to your creditors.
