Assuming that you are in an IVA, generally if you miss more than three payments thr IVA is deemed to be in default at which time your Supervisor may be obliged to petition for your bankruptcy, but these days it is more likely that your IVA will be concluded and your creditors will then be free to pursue you directly again.
Or one of the creditors might petition themselves for your bankruptcy. Have your financial circumstances changed?
