I a credit card, personal loan, and an overdraft. I also have a mortgage which without other debt payments I can afford to pay, if I apply for an IVA will I lose my house, (no equity in it)?

Hi cj1 and welcome

You won't lose your house unless you default your iva and they start bankrupt proceedings against you.

I'm not an expert but sure that one will be along soon and answer this.

While your waiting can you post your creditors and how much you owe to them

Hi You will not lose your house in an iva. If you dont mind post how much your debts are and what you have left after living expenses (dont include debt payments) your income and your creditors and all will advise the solutions open to you.
