if i apply for iva, doi have to give my national insurance number details? or my employee dtails? or what kind of legal documents i need to provide. please help me i am in deep trouble. thanks
The only documents you will need to supply are statements etc., from your creditors, payslips and P60's, possibly bank statements. You shouldn't need to provide any legal documents at all.
My employer has no idea of my IVA, and that's the way I want it to stay.

Taking the first step is sometimes the hardest, so you would probably be best advised now to speak directly to a specialist if you have not already done so.
A good place to look is www.iva.com have a look around, read some reviews etc and take time to speak to 2 or 3 different providers before you make any decision.
Hope this helps.
