My full and final offer was accepted! I was shaking when I took the call and for a while after! It still needs to sink it. Such a relief though #128578;

Congratulations from me too but this whole process has been too long and too stressful for you. I am sure you are glad it is over but the length of time it took Payplan to draft a simple variation and call a meeting of creditors is nothing short of a disgrace.

The amount of unnecessary stress you have been put through as a result of Payplan is appalling. This variation was always going to be accepted and why they could not just draft a simple variation and summon a meeting is beyond me.

Best wishes going forward and try to forget the experience as not all firms operate this way.

Thanks Michael. Yes I sure am pleased it's over. It's been so stressful. I have slept so heavily each night since! I must feel calmer.

Thanks Lisa too. Not sure I want to complain, until I have that completion certificate in my hands. It sounds like that might take a while judging by others comments on the forum
