Make sure you read it thoroughly before signing. Also make sure they do not put the 'bankruptcy' clause in as they tend to.

If so, tell them to take it out and they will.

Having seen you'd said on many previous occasions about the BR clause Kallis,I was nervous that after such a long wait for the proposal, that I'd have to go through more hoops to get it striked out and was very pleased that it didn't. I was well prepared thanks to you and this forum once more :)

Just spoke to Payplan for any update. They've said the circular has been finished and went to the IP yesterday so was told it shouldn't long until I get it to sign.

Apparently there are a lot of people requesting variation meetings so I was told it would take about 3 months. Getting there slowly!

As said previously, we started ours 14th April and didn't get proposal until 2nd July, then meeting 16th August as we know, so that was 4 months - a long time but was told the same, a lot of people requesting variations so it was a minimum of 3 months! but they do get there and Payplan did a great job - in the end! ever clser Kentgirl and very hopeful for you :)
