if i declare myself bankrupt do the baillifs still get involved

Hi there
The bailiffs do not get involved with bankrupcy you will not lose all your household stuff, unless you have valuable antiques, only things considered an asset, house if owned, car if worth more than I think £3000. Dont worry. If you post more of your situation others will advise.

The effect of your bankruptcy will stop all ongoing bailiff action, if it has gone as far as this.
