If i go for an IVA rather than Bankruptcy will my financial transactions over the last 12 months be looked into in the same amount of detail as Bankruptcy?

Hi ernest and welcome to the forum

Quite probably - especially if you are self-employed. Is there anything that you are worried about disclosing?

Don't worry about this - the IP is there to help you not judge you, and will have probably heard the same things that you have done many, many times over.

This is a common concern amongst people thinking about proposing an IVA or petitioning their own bankruptcy. People who have been through these processes on this forum will be able to ease your mind about this.

Hi ernie,
It's not that bad, before you sign EACH of the 50 pages make sure you have read them and ask every question you can think of (this is the scary part)
What did you spend the money on? Strange thing to be worried bout?
Milk float?

Regards
Adrian
