HI I'm currently with ccs but don't seem to be paying my debts off very quick. My creditors have stopped interest but I seem like I've been paying them forever. if I have a house can I still take out an IVA

Hi sacec and welcome to the forum

There is nothing to stop you proposing an IVA if you are a homeowner, but I can advise you better if you could post the details of your outstanding debts, the amounts you are currently paying CCCS and the amount of equity you currently have in the property (your share if it is jointly owned).

Please post more details if you can.
