Hi kate and welcome to the forum

Your IVA will not affect your partner, however you can expect to have your income and expenditure reassessed by your IP to see if you could afford to pay more if there has been any change in your living expenses due to you now sharing.

Hi kate ... welcome to the Forum ... and well done on getting so far through your IVA! Your IVA will not affect your partner ... but you moving in with him will affect your income and expenditure so you will need to inform your IP and complete a new income and expenditure list.

All the best
