hi
If you helped your partner with the bills and house costs then his disposible income would increase and hence is IVA.
His IP will want your wage details to ensure that your partner is paying his fair share.

You will need to show income and expenditure details to prove that you are paying no more than your fair share of the bills.

More than likely a joint monthly income and expenditure would be taken, this is to ensure that your partner is not paying over his fair share of the bills etc.

What would happen if I moved in with my partner and he refused to give his wage details... would he need to supply wage slips etc.?

Maizie if this happened, I would make clear to your partner that his wages would be needed ONLY to see the household income and expenditure is true and correct. It does not make him apart of the IVA, the I.P may request 1 or 2 payslips.

In the worst case scenario what if he refused to... could he be forced by law?
