If I start an IVA will I still get bailiffs calling?

Hi
Once an IVA has been accepted then your creditors will not be able to take any further action. Unless your creditors claim has gone through the courts then you wont have a visit from a bailiff pre IVA. This would only happen if you failed to cooperate with a CCJ.
If you post more details of your situation and debts then one of the experts will be avle to point you in the right direction.
