if i take my pension do i have to declare this

i am in iva if i take my pension do i have to declare this and will they take it of me

errr Yes you have to declare it and .. maybe they will take some of it .

If you are receiving a pension, this will be classed as income and therefore subject to declaration.

Pension income does need to be declared in your IVA.

If you are receiving a pension, this is classed as income. However if you are referring to your pot of money that you have contributed to for x amount of years, the creditors cannot touch this money.
