if i take out an iva can i go for rented accomadation?
can i do an iva with a debt of 38,000

Yo may find that yor landlord will require a large deposit, but you can still rent.

Have you got anymore details as to amounts owed etc?

Are you in rented accomodation just now that you need to move from or are you living with family or friends.
