I am currently about 6 months into an IVA and was wondering if my boyfriend came to live with me, will his income be taken into the IVA when it is reassessed every year?

You will need to talk with your IP about this as you boyfriend moving in will almost certainly effect your income / expenditure as he will presumably be paying a share of the rent, bills etc....

Hi vicky and welcome to the forum!

If you are currently paying for all of the running costs of the property, and your boyfriend moves in and presumably starts contributing to those costs, then your IP will want to know on what basis they are shared. It is usual for shared costs to be split in the same ratio as earnings, but you might decided a 50/50 split and this could also be acceptable.
