Hey lauradt, welcome to the forum. If you have taken out loans in your name on behalf of your boyfriend then unfortunately you are liable for them which means that they will not be included in his IVA. What can happen is that you can be included as a creditor but you may not be paid anything and he may have to stop paying you. Are you struggling too as you could both propose IVAs

You really need to speak to an Insolvency Practitioner as there are many options for both of you.

If you want to post a few more details about your boyfriends debt then the technical experts can help further.

Are the loans in your name only or are they joint with your boyfriend, and would you be able to carry on paying them if he were unable to give you the money> If not, then you may well need to consider your position further if he enters into an IVA.

Hi
You will have to fill out a fresh income and expenditure form as I guess your boyfriend will contribute towards the household expenses ?
Your payments into your IVA may change
