I agree Melanie that your condition would simplify matters but will it be implemented by protocol? It will be interesting to see what the TSC comes back with and how this will affect the countless clients already in IVAs who face this problem down the line.

The Technical Sub-Committee sorts out the drafting and amendments and anything that requires a technical perspective.
