If our IVA should fail

Hi if our IVA should fail (coming up for our annual review in October - so you never know?) would we be given the option to go into a DMP rather than going bankrupt? At least the creditors would still be getting a good payment that way.

Hi Liz if you have had no problems and have made your payments there is no reason they would fail your iva, dont worry. If the worst happened I would see no reason not to go to a dmp.

Arent we all Liz, I'm no different I had a six month review and worried the whole time just to be told all is fine. I am sure you will have the same.
