if you earn over your wage ie commision bonus or overtime what is the requirement to pay the difference

Hi and welcome.

Check your proposal, but the normal requirement is that you keep the first 10% and then pay across 50% of the remainder and keep 50% yourself.

It all depends on the exact wording in your proposal as Jan has said. If there is nothing mentioned in there then a quick call to your IP should answer your question.
