if you start a iva , do you need to produce a wage slip every month , even though you are making payments on time....?

also, what happens if a company turns down your iva offer, can you applly again , with another offer ?

Hi sraj and welcome to the forum

No - you will not need to produce wage-slips each month - possibly quarterly or just at the end of each year.

You can represent IVA proposals, but the creditors would prefer it if you got it right first time, as representing does waste a lot of everone's time, and there is a 14 day adjournement period during which counter or new offers can be made.

Hi sraj

Welcome to the forum..just had my letter (last week) from IP asking for bank statements for 12 months ending march 2007 but payslips for 3 months Jan-Feb-Mar. Though from what i read on this forum all IP's differ, so it would be best to keep all statements and pay slips and wait for your IP to inform you of what you need to send in.
