Does anyone know if ignoring creditors phone calls can affect the way they will vote on an iva??
I was getting so beseiged with calls asking for payment (I have around 25 creditors!!!)...Im ashamed to say....that around a month ago I switched off my BT phone and used my mobile which none of them have the number of....so now I am wondering if I am seriously annoying them by not answering the phone are they less likely to vote in favour?...My creditors meeting is on Monday 17th by the way

I changed my number so i don't get any calls. I asked this question, and was told the people who chase money, are nothing to do with the people who have the final say, so no, it won't make any difference. Just drop them a line, asking all correspondence to be via post, and keep them updated about what is happening.
