Hi Nathan and welcome to the forum.

If you could post more info of the amount of debt you have and how many you we and if you have income then hopefully you can be given more help.

With such a low income, and having taken account of usual living costs, you may only have a little amount left to service ongoing payments to creditors. Do you live on your own or are you sharing with a partner or spouse? And do you have any assets which would be at risk under bankruptcy proceedings?

I am very suprised that you say you have not been able to find anyone to help you. An insolvency practitioner would be able to have an initial chat with you to discuss options, or you could also try the Citizens Advice Bureau. Whilst experts on this forum are able to give general advice, you really need to speak to someone on a one to one basis who can look at your individual circumtances in greater detail.

Hi again Nathan.

As he experts have advised you really need to speak to someone who can give you advice on the best solution. Nothing to be nervous about doing, it is their job. I was scared to death and actually made hubby ring our present company, they were friendly helpful and absolutely non judgmental. You could as Melanie says contact an IP or citizens advice. There is no charge for initial advice.
all the best Nathan and keep posting and let us know how things are going .
