I think HB are correct in answering posts specifically, as has already been said there is no way that anyone can identify an individual outside of the actual IVA company
The actual figures used however need to be checked, using overtime as a calculation for standard income is a recipe for problems in my opinion
Many Thanks Andy, I am expecting a reply from Harrington Brooks on the overtime matter. You are doing big favour through this forum for people like me who don't have much idea about the income calculation during review process. Much appreciated. Thanks again.

I replied on the other post and we do not increase monthly payments based on overtime. While I did not know the exact case when I previously posted, I have since found out that the poster in question did receive a payrise during the year which is what the IVA increase was based on. The base figure for their overtime and thus the 10% 50/50 rule has also increased so this should work in favour of the client.
I agreed with HB's calculations which seemed to show that your wife was not paying her fair share of the household bills and this was to the detriment of your creditors. This had nothing to do with increasing your payments due to overtime!
I have called Harrington Brooks today. Spoke to Financial Manager of the review team. He was very understanding and assured a fair calculation for my Income. Awaiting the confirmation. Once again Thank you all for the support. I will update the outcome.
Harrington Brooks so helpful when you are in trouble. My Full and final settlement accepted on 5th June and paid the amount on 13th June. I have
received my completion certificate today that is 30th of June. Unbelievable it took only 2 weeks. The completion department was so helpful. The completion department team leader gave me his direct number & email and completed the process very quickly. Thank you so much the whole team of Harrington Brooks. They have even refunded my last 2 payment. So thankful to my IP and the whole Harrington Brooks team.
