Hi mish
I hope you and your daughter are well[:)]

Must be good to not see your name on the register anymore, I looked once for mine and never again as it is depressing

[8D]

Life is still complicated .. but better.

The OR trustee took my house off me ..as expected due to supposed equity.. put it up for sale... it had a sold sign on it for 2 months .. 2 days ago it's gone back up for sale .. it would appear that the 1st time buyers mortgage fell thru'. In the meantime NR arent getting any mortgage payments for it .. if the OR / trustee cant sell it, it will revert back to me .. in the meantime Im in a rented house.
The house is right at the bottm end of the market, 2 bed terrace, and the bottom has dropped out of the market here - it would seem that it has gone into negative equity ( from a positive £20k equity ) in the last 3 months . The only offer that they have is under the value of the secured mortage .. am I worried .. not really just fascinated .

Going BR really does give you a different perspective on life.

Daughter and I are fine, skint, healthy, happy and generally moving forward, smiling and laughing at lifes little ups and downs.

Slaite
