As someone advised that for Court is relevant that I have taken action to avoid BR, I'm now sending letters to my creditors to freeze the interest and wait for the payment for few months.

Has anyone have had experience with holding letters, do they really work at all? As I'm unemployed atm, can't afford any payments at all. I have taken approuch that I'm paying for only bills what are urgent as rent, gas and electr. etc
As I'm still dependant of money what my relatives borrow to me, I don't have an option.

I'm going to CAB to look for more advise this week, so will see how things go.
