I hope you have a nice relaxing weekend as well.

I've done my Christmas shopping today and the rest of the weekend is taken up with washing and ironing.

Know how to live me![:D]

I've done nearly all of mine with money to spare too, this xmas like the last one won't be full of dread for January coming and trying to find the money to pay back the credit cards! what a feeling, an IVA may be hard but by god you feel good when you know that your bills are paid for.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

Well done in getting most of your Christmas shopping done, orchid5 [:)]

I agree with you as well about it being such a great feeling to know that you've paid for everything in cash and you're not going to get any c/card bills landing on your doorstep after Christmas!!..Like you say, it's not always easy at times but well worth that feeling of knowing once you've paid all your bills, what's left is yours to spend however small that amount is !![:D]

Sorry DM - I'm pretty much sorted, just got one or two gifts to get and got a bargain for myself - a coat from Primark for £15. Just need to sew the button back on which fell off when I tried it on and there were no other coats in my size!

Oh well, just got to get the needle and thread out!

I think it is amazing how freely so many people give of their time to help others. You should all be very proud!

I've just sewn the button back on! It's a rare ocurrence in this house to see me with needle and cotton! Still, can't have a new coat and not be able to wear it!

Lunch was lovely and I'm afraid my egg nog latte had to be a take away one and drunk on the train!
