Hi Coleen

It's only natural to worry about the unknown at this stage, however nick would not have put your proposal forwards if he didn't think it would be accepted. Also, very few IVA proposals are rejected these days

Good luck , dont worry and look forward,to the massive relief of worry your iva will bring you.

I'm sure all will be fine

I had the best news in a very long time yesterday, my IVA has been accepted!! My top creditors didn't vote and the terms and conditions that have been applied only affect Payplan and not me.

I can't remember much of the details, my head was realing when they said it had been accepted, when I have the details I will share them, I really think it helps others cope with the process xx

Day 1 finally here we are!! Thank you everyone for your support xx

Im so pleased for you Coleen! we are in the process now of getting ours all set up and its very comforting to read that your IVA has been accepted x

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
