im self employed and am owed by a limited company

HI,im self employed and am owed by a limited landscape company.he knew he didnt have the money to pay me but had me do the work anyhow,then he said he wasnt paying me after job finished and then went bankrupted.What i dont understand he is now trading again with a new name and still has all his equipment he had before:ie minidigger,gas powered wheelbarrow,etc.is there nothing i can do?

Hi cruffolo and welcome to the forum

I suggest that you take up the matter with the Official Receiver who is handling the bankruptcy case. He would have been allowed to retain his tools of the trade, so I feel you may be chasing something that will never produce your money.
