Hey kim, welcome to the forum. Type your IPs name into www.iva.com and have a read of the review. I would speak to 2 or3 companies before you decide to go with anyone. I recommend Melanie Giles who posts on here. You can get her details from the "meet the experts" page. Good luck. X

Definately check out a few IVA providers before commiting yourself to one in particular. Melanie does have a great repretation for arranging realistic IVA's so would recommend you make her one of them that you contact. Good luck, xx
It's nice to be back......

Kim, hi and welcome.
I agree with viki, if you are thinking of entering into an IVA, check out 2 or 3 companies first to make sure the advice given to you is correct.
You have to feel comfortable with the company you choose.
I too would recomend Melanie Giles who regularly posts on this forum.
If you have issues trusting anybody then reading reviews should put your mind at rest.

You can't argue with the advice of the posts. I am an IP and I would always suggest you speak to several companies. Just make sure they are qualified to give the right advice as there are a lot of myths out there! I would recommend getting the advice sooner rather than later as the creditors are not going away.
