Are you saying that they are going to fail the first IVA and represent a second one? Make sure that this is properly explained within the second proposal, and the reasons why this is being done are well documented by your IP. How embarrassing for them to have to do!

Hi
they aren't proposing to fail it and start a new IVA. They are just putting forward a variation which was put forward 7 months ago but rejected. (they never contacted me to tell me about the failure of the origional variation).

thanks again to everyone

Sounds like a complete muddle to me Chez, but I wish you good luck in whatever your IP is trying to achieve for you.

ita a complete muddle to me too!!

Ive spoke to the customer care team -again- and now they tell me i dont have to complete the income and expenditure forms ...they will retrieve the info i sent to them at my yearly review.

Still couldn't get to speak to my IP though!

i've been told to wait until they contact me again.

They have now wrote me a letter asking for most recent wage slips and bank statements.

Ive seriously been thinking of BR...to save all the hassle.
How will it affect my career?
Will I be able to keep my house? I have mortgage.
or is it best to see the IVA through?
