I'm struggling to find a lender that will allow me to remove my ex wife off my mortgage

I have a re-mortgage question, I'm currently going through a divorce and need to find a lender that will allow me to remove my ex wife( with her consent) off my mortgage I'm struggling to find a lender as they require 5 years clearance from my IVA completion which was September 2013. Can anyone help?

Speak to Shaun or Ryan (details found under ask the expert).
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
