Dear forum friends,

Well, I am in total shock and so very relieved at this time....I have just had news that the I have secured enough votes for the variation!! My IP has been brilliant in securing this and come up trumps - I realy thought iT wasn't going to be accepted, but my IP has done wonders! I am still not sure if it is real yet! My IP said to get the funds as soon as possible in order for him to bring this to a close......Is it real?? I fell like it i'm in a dream...

Thank you so much for all of your support, it's helped me through so much... X X

Dear Melanie and Andy,

Hopefully you have read my last post. I stil can't take in that this is the outcome.

I wonder also, wil my IP send a letter confirming this that I will have to sign when the funds go of and what time scale will it take to close my IVA?

Thank you for your superb advice and support too.

I know, I can't believe it! Thank you! I won't believe it until I see the paperwork.... I keep thinking that it's not true!!

I will definately keep posting and hopefully I can help offer supportive advice for our fellow forum friends. It has been a long and incredibly difficult road, and I will believe for sure when I see the writing...I'm not sure how long I have to wait for the paperwork and what happens next, apart from the money being sent!

Another great forum success story - and you will get a copy of your IP's report to Court and the creditors by way of confirmation. Well done!

Thank you very much Melanie for all of your support and advice. I can't believe it's been just over a year since I started this, and I have to say, my IP has been magical. I really didn't think I would see this day. The creditors can't change their minds can they?

I just have a few questions...
Will I recieve the report soon and will I need to sign anything? I also wondered how long will the process take? Funds are being made avaliable within the next two weeks and do I need to cancel my standing order to DFD?

Thank you!!
