in an iva , do these companies not communicate !!!

It seems there is a breakdown in communication between different offices within a company - the left hand forgets to tell the right hand what to do!

I suggest you get in touch with your IP and get them to sort it out for you. You are paying them to do this for you! If you read other threads on this site - you will find that you are not alone with phone calls etc
