In an IVA - getting harrassing phone calls

My iva started on 11th June and I am still getting calls at work and at home from a company called CapQuest. Apparently Egg (who voted yes at the meeting) have passed the debt to them.
They have called twice today, once at work, once at home and now say they need evidence of the iva. I said I would get Grant Thornton to send them confirmation, but please stop phoning me, they refuse to stop.
Is this deemed harrassment? its causing me stress now as I am worried that if egg sold the debt prior to the 11th June, does that mean I am still liable even if I did include it in the iva proposal?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Dawn ak your company to phone them and confirm this, it sometimes takes a while for the info to sift through but they should not be phoning this often and tell them you are not allowed personal calls at work and to only telephone you at home.
