As regards the register, you need to search by all courts and then by name.
Mine was on after three weeks.

Mine stopped on the day of acceptance and not had a letter or call since.
It does vary though from person to person.

Like Jan, I was fortunate not to get any calls from creditors. In fact, I didn’t get any during the IVA being set up. To be called 16 to 24 times a day like Glenn.123 would have driven me to despair. It’s serious harassment and I hope, like Mel says, that this will diminish in time.
I never had that many calls - it was usually half a dozen but even that drives you nuts!
They should stop soon.
Foggy - it may be that the site is still catching up as they had a lot of problems Christmas time.
