The local OR dealing with your geographical area will almost certainly be appointed, unless they have too many cases they are dealing with in which case another office may take your file on. You cannot influence the choice of Official Receiver, not the ultimate Trustee if there are matters the OR feels are better dealt with by a private sector IP.
