Hi

I have been inan IVA for 13 months now and was expecting an annual review. I have heard nothing to date. Is this unusual and what should I expect in the review.

we were in same situation...waited over 5 weeks and then a letter arrived saying we hadnt sent in review details...we hadnt even been asked...so sent details back with a slighty miffed letter...

this year we have pre-empted them and sent all the deatils 3 weeks before...but now almost a month later we are still waiting and confirmation that the payments are all okay for another year...if i were you i would either contact your IP or at least have everything needed at hand ready to go when they do ask
IVA completed 11th Dec 2009 due to a Full and Final with the fantastic help of Michael Peoples and

Annual reviews should be completed around the time of your anniversary and are generally a quick check to see whether you can afford to increase your contributions. Your IP will need to see copies of wageslips, or trading accounts if you are self-employed, together with evidence of any substantial increases in expenditure. You will also need to declare that you have not received any windfalls during the arrangement.
