Hi V6daddy

You need to speak with Bala Rawal of Debt Solve on 0161 763 2670. she has told me that they are very receptive to promoting variations as and when the circumstances fit.

The bank account, nothing sinister. Tony Freeman is no longer the IP, it's a chap called Chris Smethurst. New bank accounts have been set up for each case in the style of "Chris Smethurst Supervisor of <name of client>" which is the way things were always done before the bulk IVA firms were around. The title itself denotes it's a trust account in favour of you and your creditors. They basically need new instructions to your bank to pay into the new account otherwise they will get bogged down with bank transfers etc. You can safely go ahead and sign the mandate.

Hope this helps

Ian

Hi Ian. Many thanks for the help, but I suspect I will get a "rough passage" as you call it, will be digging my heals in regarding my partners salery, and only giving details of her "contribution" to the household expenses, which amounts to about 1/3 of her salery, I can see no reason she should contribute more, and have got my "tin hat" ready for when the poo starts flying. Thanks agin for your advice.
