in the post

hi all , well i have just got of the phone to llyods tsb and the re issued ppi cheque is in the post and on its way to me (not that any of it is mine) . the reason i am happy is that maybee now my iva company will want to talk to me as there is money involved because to date so far i havent had much joy with them e-mailed them beginning of august about a query i had over one of my creditors claiming money that they werent owed sent the proof aswell and still waiting for the answers , also waiting for all the other information i had requested . and hopefully as and when i do get to speak to them they wont palm me of like they have done and wont be so rude and arrogant and make me feel like im scum of the earth

Oh Justine how awful to feel like this. What a shame there is a breakdown in communication on their part. hope you get to talk to them very soon and that communication recommence.x

good morning lesley and thank you for the reply , hopefully things will sort themselves out very soon. unfortunatly there are a small majority of people out there that think they are GOD and forget that they are playing with real peoples lives feelings and emotions .

on a plus note this place has been fantastic its full of people who understand what your going through and what people have been through and also the excellent advice that people give just sometimes wish i had found this site before i entered a dmp and then the iva because if i knew then what i know now things would be different i would have never of been rail roaded in to the company i was with and am now with i would have found the strength to have done my home work, however hind sight is a wonderful thing .x
