Hello Joanne

Are you already in an IVA? If so then it would be best to discuss this with your IP.

However if it is to do with the change of IB over to ESA, have the put you in ESA WRAG or stopped ESA all together. Contribution based ESA does only last for 365 days but you may be able to claim income based. The best thing I can advise as the ESA appeals process/declines can be complicated is to make an appointment with your local CAB as they will have the knowledge to help you. You are maybe entitled to claim additional benefits, so you can also contact social services who will be able to advise what to do next. If you are in ESA WRAG then the Job Centre in the place to get information from.

Apologies for the long winded-scenarios but without knowing the exact circumstance it is difficult to know what route you should take.

Wisdom comes from experience. Experience is often a result of lack of wisdom.
