When working out my total debt for an IVA is it only unsecured loans credits cards that count towards an IVA or do I include mortgage repayments as well?

Hi there jdc8 and welcome to the forum.
Yes it is only your unsecured debts. Your mortgage would be included in you expenditure as a necessary outgoing.
Please ask anything you are unsure of sommeone is always around.

The girls are right. IVAs do not affect the rights of secured creditors, and you will need to be able to afford to carry on making your mortgage payments within the IVA, to avoid this creditor taking possession action against your property.
