when I sent in my last years annual review I&E they kept our payments the same for both me & my partner but didn't change the amounts to what I had amended on a lot of the things like clothing & stuff ,they kept them the same (I only increased from £40 to £50 for 3 of us). also they added Tobacco £20 on the I&E list but we don't smoke & I had already put this as £0. why do you think this is ?
I've only just realised this as they've sent me a new one to fill out & they sent last years to remind me of the figures.

I think its more likely they have faffed about with your submitted figures to suit their own guidelines. That has certainly happened to me in previous years.

Yes I think you could be right because they also put haircuts £20 & I put £0 for that aswell but they left that on the list . Maybe they had to add those things then for the figures.

Does the total on the form come to the same as your total? I also think they've probably given you the expenditure yu need in a way that suits their guidelines. x

It sounds like they are giving you a little allowance for things you don't necessarily use ..... I would enure your new for this year clearly highlights the actual costs...your I&E really needs to reflect your true costs to enable your IVA to continue to the end
