i would make it a priority to get to the CAB and sort a payment plan they do all the work then you have more money left then you need to sort a home for you and the kids the iva can come when you are settled

I would probably leave as soon as I could and not worry about making payments in the meantime but that is just me - figure you're going to default on payments sooner or later and moving would make it hard for creditors to chase you and would give you time to get sorted before going into IVA?

That's just me though and obviously I don't know all the details but I wouldn't worry about paying payments in the meantime. Survival comes first.

Good luck hun hope you get it sorted xx

Whats the problem? I am only trying to help. You could leave your non priority debts until you get sorted with a home etc. Youre home and your kids must come first, the debts can wait.

Like you say, the priority is to get somewhere to live a home for you and your children. Then you can look into your options with regard to the debts. That doesnt mean you shouldnt post, just concentrate on one thing at a time.

I am sure you have many options available, but with being so stressed out right now and entering into the unknown re- housing, finances, you'll not know whats available to offer.

yes but whilst she hasnt even started the process of an iva or other she would be better sorting token payments up through the CAB the creditors act better when its through them i have been there and even if its as little as 5 pound it keeps them of your back for a while

Hi look-divine - you could always sign up to a local library as they often have PC's you can use for free - then you can still come on here for advice and support [:)]
