The CSA will take out an attatchment of earnings if he doesnt pay willingly so dont worry about that.

I know your head must feel battered right now with so much to try and sort out but please keep posting and we will give all the advice we possibly can.
I know its very hard but try taking a step back and dealing with things one at a time.
Maybe offer your creditors token payments and explain a bit of your situation to them about needing to find a settled home for you and your children.
It doesnt seem like it for you at the minute but there will be a solution and one by one things will eventually start slotting into place.
You are obviously a very good mother and we all know that you will do your best by your children but please dont try to do everything in one go or you will end up having a complete meltdown.
Good luck honey xxxxxx

Once you enter into an IVA, the joint loan will still be included and as the IVA will be only in your name, the said creditor is still free to chase your hubby for the full ammount so dont worry, he wont get away scott free xxxx

Well if you enter into an IVA you can get revenge - as the joint loan lender is bound to chase him rather than wait to get their money out of you!
